Working with Robin was great! I didn't know anything about buying or selling a home and she made it a breeze.
She had great ideas to increase the value of my home and keep people coming to see the property. When buying she was always around to show me new locations and was very professional during the closing process. It was a pleasure working with Robin. She was able to help us stage the house and had many great ideas on how to keep our home from looking like a distrssed property! She was also very capable and understanding. For example, during the time that our house was on the market, the carport collapsed on my daughter's car---the day before we were leaving on vacation. I called Robin in tears not knowing what to do. She came right over and helped me call the insurance agents and took it upon herself to meet the insurance agent at the house so we could proceed with our plans. Another example of her professionalism is when after another trip, we returned home to discover that the furnace was no longer working. She immediately sprung into action assisting us with places to call to have a new furnace installed before it got too much colder. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is selling or buying a house in the Maryland area. She also made me laugh during some pretty tough times.--------Myrna

We really enjoyed working with Robin. We really didn't know what we were doing and felt like Robin was on our side and there for us through the whole process. She was very patient as our ideas changed and we figured out what we wanted and where we wanted it. What I most appreciated was the voice of reason she threw into things. I felt like we had a surrogate mom with us who didn't want us to get in over our heads and wanted to be sure we had what worked for us
(even though she didn't always share our vision. I never felt like we were a commission and felt like Robin was more of an advisor/friend. I have recommended her to many of our friends. ------Brett and Jessica
